Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Pencari Suaka (Asylum Seeker) Di Wilayah Indonesia

چکیده

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada pengungsi dan pencari suaka di wilayah Indonesia menurut internasional nasional Indonesia, serta dampak akan dihadapi sana internasional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan konseptual dalam metodologi yuridis normatifnya. Sumber digunakan sumber primer, seperti undang-undang konvensi internasional, sekunder, buku jurnal ilmiah. Dalam rangka pemenuhan hak asasi manusia, termasuk pemberian perlakuan terhadap asing, temuan studi dikaitkan dengan peraturan norma global.
 Kata kunci : Pencari Suaka, Pengungsi, Perlindungan Hukum, UNHCR.
